Opened as a full service, luxury hotel after extensive refurbishment in December ’12, the Hotel Chamois d’Or is Les Get’s most contemporary hotel. Incorporating a fine dining restaurant with a Michelin trained Head Chef, a stylish bar and 14 luxury bedrooms, the owners asked Origami Media for assistance in several business, marketing and operational initiatives over a period of eight months.
With our extensive experience in the UK luxury hotel and travel market, Origami Media placed a full time Hotel Manager in the hotel to develop and implement improved standards of service. We provided a full recruitment, selection and training service for the hotel’s new team of season workers. An extensive sales, marketing and PR strategy was initiated, within just eight weeks we’d increased year on year reservations by over 160%.
