As one of the busiest ski schools in the area, Tim Scott runs a tight ship at LGS. With over twenty years teaching snow sports in the Portes du Soleil under his belt, Tim has a very loyal customer base and bundles of excellent client feedback to go with it. With an expanding team of excellent instructors, Tim was keen to strengthen his existing customer base and engage new clients.
The new LGS website was designed by our partners at Cuttin Edge Solutions. Origami Media were commissioned by LGS to write the content for the new website, creating a client-friendly, helpful and supportive tone throughout. The copy on the new LGS website is search engine optimised and we also linked the site to an e-newsletter database.
Origami Media also administer the LGS e-mail database, maximising the potential of this very valuable business asset. Through social media channels and through the LGS website we collect useful client data, sending timely and interesting reminders from LGS to winter holiday makers. The measurable performance indicators demonstrate that the regular LGS Newsletter is well read, and results in bookings for the ski school.
